As a numbers genius (7th grade math enrichment alum), it comes as some surprise that I’ve ended up here, writing words for work. I blame a brother who told me finance was boring and the only teacher who said what I wrote was good.

Is it?

Hope so, because I’ve written for over one hundred companies now through advertising and B2B marketing. And, honestly, I love it. There’s no greater joy than slapping the keys to turn a phrase. No greater delight in the strategy involved while doing so. Okay, maybe a few (weddings, births of children, the return of the McRib). But collaborating with highly creative and downright fun people to bring laughter, warmth, and disruption to our target audience really electrifies my engine (I drive a hybrid).
